Always one to sit and chat, Estelle was thinking how amazing it would be to sit and have a chat with some of the great minds that shape and guide the Chiropractic profession. As an executive member of the UCA that opportunity arises often, but rarely for the average chiropractor, student, client or people interested in our work. Chiropractic Live is here so you can now also have that opportunity.
May 8, 2012 James Chestnut
James Chestnut is a man to have on your side in a debate. He is a Chiropractor, exercise physiologist and our professions tame scientist. Passionate about wellness lifestyle care, he is armed to the teeth with a lethal knowledge of the research facts. When I had the chance to talk with him at the UCA spring conference I found a man with a heart of gold who simply wants people to make the best informed health choices they can and live a good life. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed chatting with him.
The Australian Spinal Research Foundation (ASRF) has recently formed a worldwide research partnership of which the UCA is the first member organisation. Martin spoke at the UCA spring conference to announce this and to inform us about the wonderful and exciting things happening in the world of subluxation-based research. I had the opportunity to chat to him in one of the breaks and find out his opinion and thoughts on some very interesting topics.
Bill Esteb is not a chiropractor, but what he doesn't know about Chiropractic is probably not worth knowing. I have been a fan of Bills education materials since I was a baby chiropractor at college. It's simple, easy to understand and reflects Bills approach to the world. He is a gem for the chiropractic profession and our clients.
Peter Troy is the media and political liason for the UCA and has been helping the association improve its profile in the political arena along with training the media team to deal with the press in all its guises. He has a unique insight into chiropractic through his experiences as a client along with contact with many chiropractors and their varying techniques and ideals.
Liam Schubel is a chiropractic educator, leader and philanthropist who inspires people from all walks of life to live a better life through chiropractic care. His enthusiasm and smile are completely infectious and he was a joy to chat with...
Brian Kelly is the current head of Life Chiropractic College West in California. He previously led the New Zealand College and is an inspiration and joy to know and talk to. I recently had the chance to share a green tea and a chat to Brian at the UCA conference in Birmingham... listen in to our conversation!
Liz recently spoke at the Chiropractic Essentials conference in Birmingham. I gratefully took the opportunity to sit down and have a chat with her about how she discovered chiropractic and some gems of practice tips and management that may change how you play in your practice, or share your chiropractic story.
