Many people contemplate changing to a paleo-style diet but are often concerned that they will not be able to eat favourite foods or cook the meals and recipes they love.
Healthy recipes...

> Sweet treets
> Sweet bakes
> Vegetarian
This is an understandable concern and one that you can address by gradually substituting certain foods for others. Here are suggestions:
Potatoes = sweet potato
mashed, baked or fried, use sweet potato instead. White fleshed ones are less sweet than orange. Other root vegetables like swede and parsnip are also good as is pumpkin or butternut squash.
RICE = cauliflower rice
Pop cauliflower florets in a blender, whizz until you have rice-size grains. Steam lightly or try this recipe
PASTA = vegetables
Use a spiralizer or peeler to create green spaghetti (recipe here) or cut pumpkin/courgettes into flat slices for lasagna.
Milk = coconut or almond
For recipes that use milk or cream in sauces, use almond milk, or if you are allergic to nuts, coconut milk.
Cheeses = goat or sheep
The milks and cheeses produced using cows milk contain different proteins to those in goat and sheep milk, both of which are closer to human milk.
and legumes...
all legumes contain phytic acid, which absorbs and removes minerals from your system. The best way to eat them is to soak, rinse and sprout them so they can then be safely eaten raw.
