More recent times have taught us that getting back to eating locally produced, in-season produce is great for us and the local economy.
Our diets and consequently, many of our health and weight problems now reflect our intolerances to the way we are presented with food and this, in turn, has encouraged the development of weird fad-style diets that try to counteract the problems we face.
Eating naturally should never seem like a fad, but it is the cornerstone of our beliefs. Focus on eating foods as they are created and see what a difference it can make to your well-being.
