Our days may be cold and grey but we are keeping the festive
spirit alive at the practice with our
12 Days of Christmas
special event.

| Every working day, from December 9 until Christmas Eve, we will draw one name at random from those people who have had an adjustment that day. |
| Each lucky person will receive a fantastic gift donated by one of our local businesses. We are very fortunate here in Tynemouth to have such a great range of stores and a thriving high street so, even if your name isn't chosen, please think about visiting of our sponsors anyway! |

| As you already know, it's also Toy Day at Naturally Chiropractic on December 4th, We only have a few appointments left, so please call if you would like one – or if you would like to donate a either a toy or food for the Salvation Army and Whitley Bay Food Bank, please drop them in. | This year, we will be working our normal hours on Monday, December 23 but on Tuesday 24th, we are seeing clients only in the morning. The practice will open again on January 2nd. Messages will be checked between Christmas and New Year. |
