… and we are so very delighted to have all our people around us again. The team is nearly back to full capacity, the practice calendar is expanding and we have a new website. Despite all the other challenges we are still facing, this month we are grinning like the proverbial Cheshire Cat.

We have spent the last few weeks assessing the latest guidelines and working on new schedules and calendars for the team. We now have more appointments available, but we will still need to comply with all current CoVid guidelines on who we can see. Please call in, or drop us a message, and we can assess your needs. From this month:

  • We will be open from 10am until 2pm daily.
  • There will be two chiropractors available daily, schedules are here.
  • Ros and Tracy will be back keeping order from July 1st.
  • Nell will return to assist Estelle from July 4th.
  • Catherine will return as soon as she is allowed under guidelines.
  • Sadly, we are bidding a very fond farewell to Claire as she is
returning to work full time for the NHS. We will miss her.

Webmaster Beth has spent the lockdown redesigning our website. We hope you like the new look and the simplified structure that should make it easier to work your way through the pages whenever you need information. We’d especially like to ask you all to take a look at this page as it has all the latest advisories that relate to CoVid, including our CoVid 19 Management Policy and Consent for Care form. We will need everyone to sign this before, or when, they visit us next.

No doubt you are all as pleased as we are that we can now start to move about a bit more. Our general health and well-being is vital to ensure we have minimal risks of contracting the virus. Refer back to our earlier newsletters for some tips and advice on these subjects. In the meantime, here’s another health-boosting recipe to help keep you in top shape.

Mango Smoothie: This smoothie will increase your energy levels and clear your system as it contains some of powerful antioxidants.

Take 1 cup of coconut milk, a mango cut into chunks, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon each of turmeric, cinnamon and ginger plus a teaspoon of chia or sunflower seeds. Blitz in a blender and drink!
