There’s so much news, we almost don’t know where to start. It’s been a very exciting month!

First of all, we are so very proud to announce that Estelle has been awarded the title of Chiropractor of the Year by The United Chiropractic Association. This award recognises the professionalism and care that is also Estelle’s core belief in her working life along with 30 plus years caring for our community, mentoring youngsters and other chiropractors, and her work with the students at the Scotland Chiropractic College in Edinburgh.

It’s nearly time for our annual Toys and Food for Adjustment Day.

This special event is always near to our hearts as we continue to support the Salvation Army and the Bay Foodbank. On December 2nd, we will waive our usual fees in exchange for donations of new toys or non-perishable foods. Full details are here, and to book an appointment please call the practice. 

The colours of Halloween!

In October, just for fun, we held a Halloween colouring competition with three age categories, 1-7 years, 7-16 and anyone over that. Prizes were again donated by the fabulous Gareth James Chocolatiers.

And the winners were – Mary for the 0-7’s, Jack in the 8-16’s (a 2x winner now!) and Holly in the 16+. A late entrant, she stormed away with the votes and also won our challenge to break the outstanding run of our favourite 93 year old, whoo was also a 2x winner! Well done to you all and keep up with the creativity, it’s good for the soul!
