Attending Naturally Chiropractic
New patients: once you have an appointment confirmed by the front desk team, they will ask you to fill out the relevant history form on this website. After we receive it, your chiropractor will call you ahead of you coming to the practice for your first appointment to check details. Your actual appointment at the practice involves a half hour examination and adjustment as appropriate.
Existing clients: regular visit times vary depending on what we are doing. A straight-forward adjustment may only take a few minutes, whereas a re-exam, report of findings or an exercise session may take up to 30 minutes.
We pride ourselves on excellence in care and you are paying for that service, your chiropractors knowledge and experience. Our fees are not time dependent and your appointment times will vary greatly depending upon your need and the education you are receiving at that particular visit.
Payment for your adjustments can be made by cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards at the time of your consultation. It is clinic policy not to run accounts. Ask at reception about our fee schedule.

Rescheduling an appointment
Should you need to reschedule your appointment time at any stage please try to give at least 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may be charged. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Covid 19 - How we are managing it
At present, we ask that you arrive at the practice no more than 5 minutes ahead of your appointment, or we may need to ask you to wait outside. Likewise, if you are running late, we might need to reschedule your appointment.
