Our massage therapist – Michael Cooper

Originally working as a personal trainer for over 10 years, Michael aims to help others achieve their goals. After getting regular massages himself, he recognised the benefits and decided to qualify in deep tissue massage. 

From the sunny Isle of Wight, he moved to the North East with his wife and son and loves living by the Northumberland coastline. His spare time is spent in the gym or on an adventure exploring his new home area.
